The Housing Renovations program is committed to the restoration of once vacant, blighted homes into safe, affordable housing. We believe mixed income housing redevelopment that offers both homeownership and affordable rental opportunities provides healthy and equitable housing options for our neighbors.
This program is led by Dr. Keith Miller and strongly supported by Westminster Presbyterian Church in Muncie, IN. Dr. Miller and his faithful crew of volunteers have been renovating homes since 2011. Urban Light Community Development is grateful for this strong partnership. It’s been our vision to renovate 10 homes in 10 years. Below you’ll find the “before” and “after” photos of all our renovations.
