The Lighthouse
The Lighthouse is a faith-based, three-phase recovery home for women. Its structured residential program supports sustainable, long-term recovery while helping residents restore dignity, build healthy boundaries, and prepare for life beyond the program.
Housing Revitalization
We help expand housing options in Muncie by creating affordable rental and homeownership opportunities that can improve quality of life for individuals, families, and neighborhoods.
Neighborhood Engagement
We collaborate with the people who live and work in Industry, South Central, and surrounding neighborhoods to encourage connection, support local priorities, and build a stronger, more unified community.

Urban Light Community Development was incorporated in 2010 with a commitment to partner with neighbors through the values of holistic Christian community development.
