When Alisha entered the Lighthouse program in December of 2015 she was very quiet and timid. By the time she graduated in August of 2016 she had found her individuality and uniqueness within her own family. She learned how to stand up for what she believes in and how to set boundaries. The vulnerability enabled by the program helped her to feel her emotions. She is now strong in her convictions about who she is and what she wants her life to be.
